Future Platforms Digital Loyalty Index – a bi annual consumer insight study into the UK’s changing digital loyalty behaviours and habits. We ask 800 UK consumers which loyalty scheme are you most satisfied
with and how often do you use your favourite digital loyalty schemes?.

In this brand-new Digital Loyalty Index, we have included a significant amount of statistical analysis alongside a new selection of direct survey answers. This index incorporates collected engagement and customer satisfaction data (including social media followers, customer review averages, and revenue growth) from brands such as Google, Disney, and Formula One. Using these data points, we hope to clearly illustrate the value of digital loyalty, as well as help readers better understand how some of the biggest brands on the planet create and leverage digital loyalty.
